Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has been voted Most Valuable Player of the Russian Premier League in the month of March.
Sports portal “Cup” together with the Russian Football Premier League summed up the results of voting in the nomination of “Most Valuable Player (MVP) in March.” According to a survey among experts, journalists, representatives of the Premier League and portal readers, the most valuable player of the month has become PFC CSKA forward Ahmed Musa.
The former Kano Pillars winger took part in the four games of Red and Blue in March – one cup meeting and three championship games. He has four goals: one at the gate “Ufa” and “Spartacus” and two in the game with “Kuban”.
The 23-year-old Nigerian forward is expected in the Super Eagles camp for Friday’s crucial 2017 AFCON double header against the Pharaohs of Egypt at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.
